The legal industry is two and a half years in to its GenAI era and yet the same unsubstantiated hype and scaremongering continues to dominate conferences, headlines and social media. The only means to combat this unhelpful noise is with data. We are seeking to establish an index that is truly representative of AI adoption across the industry, and which we can then track through the next years. 

We are deeply experienced and connected, but independent, members of the global legal community. We invite every law firm, legal team and legal professional to share their reality and experiences. All data will be anonymised before reporting. Sensible segments will be established to help us compare like-for-like and to finally gain a holistic and honest picture of the state of AI adoption for legal. The index will remain public and free to both contribute and access.
